Ken Okiishi

The New York-based artist adopts a paintballing technique, in which layers of paint generate abstract paintings

Okiishi’s commission is housed within a transparent Perspex-walled space, allowing the public to view the work from a number of vantage points. Okiishi’s project also includes a participatory performance in the Frieze Projects space, which will involve both humans and robots.
